Add a new payment method
You can add a card in one of two ways:
- During Ad Group Creation: When you save and launch a new ad group for the first time, you'll be prompted to enter your card information if you haven't already added one.
-
Through the Billing Menu: You can also add a new card at any time by following these steps:
- Log in to your GroundTruth Ads Manager account.
- Click on the hamburger menu in the top left corner.
- Select "Billing" from the dropdown menu.
- On the Billing page, click "Add Payment Method". Enter your card details and click "Save".
Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I upload multiple cards? By default, only one card can be on file at a time. If you need to add multiple cards, please contact your account representative or email us at selfservehelp@groundtruth.com.
- What happens if my campaign over-delivers? Credit/Debit cards that surpass the campaign budget specified by the user will be credited on the end-of-the-month invoice for any excess charges incurred. For instance, if your budget is $1000 and your campaign expenditure totals $800, you will be invoiced $800. However, if the campaign spending reaches $1200, you will be credited $200 at the close of the month.
- How does pricing work? GroundTruth charges based on CPM (cost per thousand impressions). There are minimum CPMs depending on the campaign type (mobile, desktop, video, OTT/CTV). Our minimum CPM price for both Mobile and Desktop targeting is $3.5. We recommend $10 - $15 for event/short flight campaign. For optimal pacing on video campaigns on Mobile and Desktop, we recommend starting with a $8 CPM. For OTT and CTV campaigns, our base CPM price is $25 across all screens.
