Adding Campaigns To Console

For Ads Mananger users that have access to GroundTruth's reporting app, GroundTruth Console, there is the ability to add directly from the Ads Manager platform, organizations, accounts, and campaigns to Console with the click of a button.

How the Add to Console Button Works

Before clicking the ‘Add to Console’ button, it’s important to determine what you want to accomplish. Adding organizations, accounts, or campaigns has different effects (see Ads Manager Structure):

  • Adding an organization: This will add all accounts within the organization, as well as all active campaigns in those accounts to Console. Any new accounts or campaigns created within the organization afterward will also be automatically added to Console.
  • Adding an account: This will add only the selected account and its active campaigns to Console. Any new campaigns created within that account afterward will also be automatically added. Note that other accounts within the organization will not be included.
  • Adding a campaign: Only the selected campaign will be added to Console. You can add active campaigns or campaigns that have expired within the past three weeks.

Note: You cannot add specific ad groups to console.

Adding An Organization to Console

To add an organization to console:

  1. Click the hamburger menu at the top left of Ads Manager
  2. Select Manage Organizations
  3. Click on the Organization that you would like to add to Console
  4. Click the ‘Add to Console’ button located at the top right

Adding An Account to Console

To add an account to console:

  1. Click the hamburger menu at the top left of Ads Manager
  2. Select Manage Accounts
  3. Click on the Account that you would like to add to Console
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the ‘Add to Console’ button.

Adding A Campaign to Console

To add a campaign to console:

  1. Click the hamburger menu at the top left of Ads Manager
  2. Select Manage Accounts
  3. Click on the Account that has the campaign that you want to add to Console and click the View Account Dashboard button.
  4. Click and open the campaign you would like to add.
  5. Click on the Campaign settings option.
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Add to Console’ button.

Removing Console Access

To remove a campaign, an account, or an organization from console, please reach out to your GroundTruth representative or email us at selfservehelp@groundtruth.com
