You can only create a new campaign from your Account Dashboard. If you are on a Campaign Dashboard, press the Back arrow button. If you clicked our logo, you are on the Tenant Dashboard. In the top bar, please select the Organization and Account, then on the page inside your table data, please click on your Account name next to any campaign to go to your Account Dashboard.
