After successfully launching your campaign / ad group, you can observe performance within Ads Manager's customizable near-real-time reporting dashboard. There are many levels of detail provided throughout the platform to provide you deep insights into you location based advertising effort. Keep in mind most metrics are updated daily, with the exception of "today's spend" which is updated every 2 hours. You may see spend from a campaign launched same day, but metrics like impressions, clicks, visits, reach, etc. will not update until the next day.
