Oregon’s Consumer Privacy Act (OCPA) takes effect January 1, 2026. Due to restrictions on precise geolocation data after Jan 1: |

• Campaigns targeting Oregon will only support radial geo-targeting of 1-mile or greater. |
|
|
• Visit tracking and standard audience targeting will no longer be supported. |
|
|
Review your Oregon campaigns immediately. Any active campaigns using unsupported tactics on or after January 1st will stop delivering impressions. Contact your dedicated GroundTruth representative for details and assistance. |

However, all users are now automatically subscribed to notifications for any Location Groups created on or after 11/14/2025. The notification email now includes a column indicating if the group is part of an active campaign for informed management. |

• Preview POIs Lists: Before finalizing a new Location Group or target audience selection, you can preview the exact list of matched POIs from brands or categories. |
